<p>Pentru ca seara facem orice ca sa evitam mesele copioase, m-am gandit sa va sugerez o idee&#8230;. ce poate fi mai bun decat &#8230;. fructeeeee !</p>

<p>Avem nevoie , deci, de :</p>
<p>- 800 gr. piscoturi</p>
<p>- 8 oua</p>
<p>- 200 gr. zahar pudra</p>
<p>- 2 pliculete zahar vanilat</p>
<p>- 4 esente de rom</p>
<p>- 1 cutie  de frisca lichida (hulala)</p>
<p>- 750 gr. mascarpone</p>
<p>- 5 pliculete ness</p>
<p>- 1 pliculet capuccino</p>
<p>- 1 pahar lapte</p>
<p>- 1 pliculet de cacao</p>
<p>-  cafea ( cam 1 litru )</p>

<p>Separam galbenusurile de albusuri si folosim doar galbenusurile, pe care le amestecam cu 200gr.zahar pudra si zaharul vanilat si mixam bine. Adaugam esenta de rom , plicul de capuccino si un pahar de lapte  si mixam in continuare.</p>

<p>Crema astfel obtinuta o punem intr-un vas, pe bain-maire&#8230;si amestecam pana se ingroasa. O lasam deoparte&#8230; sa ne astepte putin pana ne ocupam de frisca.</p>
<p>Mixam frisca si cand se obtine consistenta necesara&#8230; o punem si pe aceasta la frigider&#8230;.in asteptare.</p>

<p>Mixam branzica mascarpone intr-un lighenas mai mare&#8230;. si cand devine crema, adaugam in ea crema de oua &#8230;. mixam&#8230;.. adaugam frisca &#8230;.. mixam &#8230;..  adugam nessul pe care il pregatim in prealabil ( 5 pliculete de ness se amesteca cu 5 lingurite de zahar si 5 lingurite de frisca lichida ). Buuuuun&#8230;. amestecam deci si nessul&#8230;si am obtinut crema finala.</p>

<p>Dar inainte de asta, ne delectam cu ceva racoritor&#8230;. ce avem prin casa, ca am ostenit muncind <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> ))</p>

<p>Piscoturile se trec prin cafea foarte rapid&#8230;sa nu se inmoaie prea tare&#8230;. si in forma dorita, punem un strat de piscoturi, unul de crema&#8230; si tot asa pana terminam crema&#8230;. nu piscoturile ( Ca la 3 kg  depiscoturi cate am avut eu&#8230;. <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> )))  ).</p>

<p>Eu am folosit un inel de plastic, pentru a da forma rotunda tortului, si l-am dat la frigider pana adoua zi.</p>

<p>Suplimentar, mi-a venit o idee. Am decupat dintr-o hartie litere &#8221; la multi ani &#8221; &#8230; le-am pus pe tort, am pudrat cu cacao&#8230;.. dupa care am luat incetisor literele de pe tort, si a ramas asa:</p>

<p>Ingrediente :</p>
<p>- 7 oua</p>
<p>- 250 gr. zahar</p>
<p>- 200gr. amidon</p>
<p>- 1 l lapte</p>
<p>- 1 plic de gelatina</p>
<p>-1 pachet de unt</p>
<p>- 1 plic de zahar vanilat</p>
<p>- 2 esente de vanilie</p>

<p>- un pachet cu doua foi de foietaj</p>

<p>Separam albusurile de galbenusuri. Albusurile se bat cu mixerul pana se intaresc, adaugam 7 linguri de zahar si  mixam pana se intareste spuma.</p>

<p>Spuma astfel obtinuta o dam la frigider.</p>
<p>Galbenusurile le amestecam cu restul de zahar, cu amidonul si cu un pahar de lapte&#8230; si amestecam bine sa nu ramana cocoloase.</p>

<p>Laptele se pune pe foc, si dupa ce da in clocot, adaugam in fir subtire amestecul de oua cu amidon si amestecam incontinuu, pana se ingroasa.</p>

<p>In acest timp topim untul , iar gelatina o punem intr-un pahar cu putina apa timp de 10 min.</p>

<p>Untul topit, un pic racit, il adaugam peste crema obtinuta amestecand foarte bine sa se incorporeze, si adaugam si gelatina ( dupa ce s-a dizolvat in apa) .</p>
<p>Se obtine o crema groasa, consistenta, in care adaugam spuma de albusuri, si amestecam de jos in sus &#8230;. iar crema finala, arata asa :</p>

<p>Crema asta delicioasa o bagam la frigider, si ne ocupam de foietaj. Ar fi bine daca gasiti foietaj de cremsnit, daca nu, folositi foietaj normal ( cum am folosit eu )</p>
<p>Foietajul il intepam cu furculita si bagam la cuptorpt cca 25- 30 de min, la foc mediu.</p>

<p>Pe o foaie punem crema, iar cealalta o sfaramam si presaram deasupra. Pudram cu zaharul vanilat .</p>

<p>Ingrediente :</p>
<p>- 500 gr. gris</p>
<p>- 200 gr. cocos</p>

<p>sirop :</p>

<p>Se amesteca iaurtul cu praful de copt si se lasa cam 5 min. sa se umfle putin.</p>
<p>Separat, topim untul.</p>

<p>Untul topit se adauga peste amestecul de gris, cocos si zahar pudra.</p>

<p>Se amesteca, se adauga si iartul ( care deja contine praful de copt ), si se amesteca bine, pana se formeaza un aluat .</p>

<p>Acest aluat se pune intr-o tava unsa cu unt, se taie patratele si se da la cuptorul deja incalzit, si se lasa la foc mediu cam 30 &#8211; 40 de min.</p>

<p>Dupa ce s-a facut prajitura, turnam deasupra siropul ( pe care il facem cu 10 min. inainte sa scoatem tava din cuptor ).</p>
<p>Pentru sirop, amestecam zaharul cu apa, lasam pe foc pana se topeste zaharul si la final adaugam zeama de lamaie.</p>
<p>Prajitura, va absorbi foarte repede siropul.</p>

<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>- 500 gr. branza proaspata de vaci</p>
<p>- 2 oua</p>
<p>- un plic de zahar vanilat</p>
<p>- bicarbonat (un varf de lingurita stins cu lamaie sau cu otet )</p>
<p>- sare ( un varf de cutit )</p>
<p>- faina ( aproximativ 20 de linguri)</p>
<p>Toate aceste ingrediente se pun intr-un lighenas, se amesteca bine pana se formeaza un aluat mai moale. Acest aluat o sa se lipeasca de maini, dar din aceaste cauza, nu trebuie adaugata faina in exces, pentru altfel, papanasii vor iesi prea tari.</p>

<p>Dupa ce se incorporeaza totul foarte bine, adaugam faina &#8221; in ploaie &#8220;&#8230;. si amestecam pana se obtine un aluat moale.</p>

<p>Eu am impartit acest aluat in 3 parti, pentru ca am facut fursecuri cu stafide, nuci si ciocolata. Puteti face la fel, sau puteti pune ce va place. Daca faceti cu stafide, ele trebuie lasate in prealabil in esenta de rom. Nucile se maruntesc, la fel si ciocolata.</p>

<p>Se amesteca totul foarte bine, apoi, cu o lingurita punem cate putin aluat in tava pe care am pus o hartie de copt. Cam jumatate de lingurita de aluat se pune, pentru ca la copt, fursecurile se &#8221; latesc &#8220;, astfel incat intre ele trebuiesa fie o distanta de cca 2-3 cm.</p>

<p>Se lasa la cuptorul deja incalzit aproximativ 5-8 min. , la foc mediu spre mic. Trebuie sa verificati des, cand marginile fursecurilor sunt usor rumenite, le scoateti, chiar daca la prima vedere nu par facute <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':-)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>

<p>Panna cotta este un desert foarte racoritor,foarte simplu si rapid !</p>
<p>avem nevoie de urmatoarele ingrediente :</p>
<p>- o cutie de frisca lichida ( 500 ml )</p>

<p>Frisca lichida se pune intr-un vas, pe foc, impreuna cu zaharul</p>

<p>Intr-un ibric punem gelatina cu laptele si lasam cca 5 min.</p>
<p>Cand se infierbanta frisca lichida ( dar sa nu fiarba), adaugam si amestecul de lapte cu gelatina si amestecam incontinuu&#8230;.( dar, repet, sa nu fiarba ).</p>

<p>mai lasam putin pe foc pentru a se topi gelatina, dupa care punem in forma dorita compozitia.</p>

<p>lasam la frigider cel putin 2ore, pana se intareste bine&#8230;. si ornam cu ce dorim ( dulceata, frisca, toping de caramel, etc )</p>
